Job Description
The Head Swim Coach will oversee the swim team, train coaches, and maintain the cleanliness of the aquatic facilities. The position requires a high school diploma, 2 years of swim coaching experience, and certification from USA Swimming and ASCA. The coach will create a safe and educational experience for participants, promote programs, and sell services.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of swim coaching experience
- Member of ASCA and USA Swimming
- Safety Training for Swim Coaches certification
- CPR/AED certification
- Lifeguard Certification within 60 days of hire
