As a Membership Concierge II, you will serve as a professional in account maintenance, service delivery, programming insight and member/guest engagement. You will be responsible for building relationships with members and guests, maintaining updated knowledge of club programming and events, and assisting with account maintenance and member retention interactions.

- Skilled at multi-tasking, delivering high quality customer service, service recovery and verbal communication
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for 4 hours at a time
- Friendly and outgoing demeanor
