Specialist - Software Engineering

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer Specialist with 5–7 years of experience in Salesforce development, specializing in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high‐performance Salesforce solutions, with exposure to Agentforce / Salesforce Data Cloud for data-driven and AI‐ready use cases.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Customize Salesforce standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation
• Build and optimize Salesforce solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Ensure high code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to Salesforce best practices
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and solution designs
• Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, including Agentforce and Data Cloud capabilities, and recommend enhancements
• Support production releases, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post‐go‐live application support
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Implement Salesforce automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the Salesforce development team
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance
• Contribute to solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud / Agentforce for unified data and intelligent workflows (where applicable)
