Job Description
As a Cost Accountant at Lubrizol, you'll support manufacturing and operations finance through accurate cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis. You'll analyze material, labor, overhead, and manufacturing variances, and maintain and support standard cost systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience, with exposure to cost accounting, manufacturing, or plant finance strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of inventory accounting and manufacturing cost concepts.
- Experience with SAP (ECC and/or S/4); BOBJ experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
