Proces Operator 1

As a Process Operator 1 at Lubrizol, you will monitor and control the production process, execute production tasks, and carry out inspections. You will work as a self-managing team, taking care of coordinating tasks and sharing process experience and best practices. The company offers a flexible 5-shift schedule, possibility of becoming multifunctional, and a fixed shift allowance of 28.5%.

Requirements

• Minimum Vapro B diploma or diploma AOT or willingness to achieve these within a reasonable time
• High safety awareness
• Affinity with process technology
• Experience in the chemical industry
• Experience with advanced process control
• Good communication skills
• Flexible attitude and ability to work independently
• Excellent team player
• English language skills
