Job Description
Process Engineer responsible for fostering a culture of safety excellence, promoting responsible operations, and delivering compliant products at targeted cost, quality, and service levels. The role involves collaborating with the HSE team, providing technical support, managing SOPs, and leading process optimization projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor or above degree in Macromolecular Materials, Chemical or Engineering
- Technical understanding of polymers related process and equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Familiar with SAP system, P&ID, PFMEA, Statistic tools, Minitab, and DCS batch setup and maintenance
- Good communications in English and presentation skills
