Job Description
Responsible for operational excellence and process optimization by providing daily technical support, leading on-field problem solving, and driving continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor or above degree in Macromolecular Materials, Chemical or Engineering
- At least 3 years of field working experiences with equipment knowledge in fine chemical, macromolecule chemical or polymerization industry
- Familiar with P&ID, PFMEA, Statistic tools and Minitab
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to lead RCA/PHA initiatives
- Good communications in English and Chinese
