Process Safety Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in a chemical or petrochemical manufacturing environment with direct PSM responsibility
• Hands‐on experience in hazard identification and risk analysis, including PHAs and LOPA
• Experience supporting or leading PSM/RMP regulatory compliance programs
• Experience with facility siting studies and relief sizing
• Prior PHA / LOPA facilitation experience
• Strong working knowledge of industry codes, standards, and RAGAGEP, including ASME, API, NFPA, ANSI, IEC, and similar
• Experience with process safety software tools such as PHA‐Pro, PHA‐Works, PHAST, or similar
