Regional Supply Planner - Europe

As a Regional Supply Planner - Europe, you will ensure a reliable and efficient supply plan that balances demand, capacity, and inventory across regions and business units. You will develop and manage a feasible supply plan, maintain accurate planning parameters, and proactively address supply–demand gaps. You will also participate in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in supply planning or a related supply chain role
• Experience working in a chemical manufacturing or multi-plant chemical environment
• Proficiency with supply planning systems or S&OP platforms
• Hands-on experience with SAP, ideally SAP S/4HANA
• Strong analytical skills including capacity evaluation, scenario modeling, and root cause analysis
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to manage disruptions and competing priorities
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills
• Solid business acumen and ability to balance trade-offs
