Job Description
The Technical Marketing Manager for PCG Plastics & Composites plays a vital role in spearheading new business growth within the plastics & composites market segments, identifying new market opportunities and leading cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in technical roles, technical marketing roles, preferably within the Plastics & Composites
- Strong technical background in related products and applications
- Strong critical thinking abilities
- Exceptional influencing, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive amidst uncertainty and dynamic market conditions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Willingness to travel frequently (more than 50%) to engage with customers, partners, and internal teams across the region
