Job Description
As Technology Development Manager, you will work as part of a regional team to develop new additive packages, drive the creation of new products, and strengthen Lubrizolâs technical expertise in Driveline additives. You will collaborate effectively with operations, R&D, testing teams, commercial partners, procurement, sales, OEMs, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact technical solutions that balance commercial and technical success.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree (B.S.) in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- At least five years of technical experience in industrial lubricants, additives, specialty chemicals, or petrochemicals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proven ability to work effectively within global, multifunctional teams.
- Self-driven, capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Achievement-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Effective presentation skills, able to convey technology solutions to diverse audiences.
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Ability to travel up to 10% within Europe for OEM visits and industry conferences.
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
