Cashier

We are looking for team members that enjoy and thrive in a fast paced, high energy environment. As a Cashier, you will provide a blend of hospitality and operations, providing accurate point of sale transactions and friendly service to ensure Guests will return.

Requirements

• Previous experience is preferred, but is not required
• Must Be at least 18 years of age
• Must submit to a background check prior to starting any cash handling position and pass Luby’s Cashier Certification criteria
• Must have good organizational skills
• Previous experience working with a Point of Sale (POS) system is a plus
• Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on the restaurant’s needs
• Must be able to use to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Must be a team player
