Job Description
We are looking for team members that enjoy and thrive in a fast paced, high energy environment. Luby's is known for it's made from scratch menu.
Requirements
- Previous experience is preferred, but is not required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to read and follow recipes to maintain consistency and high quality menu items
- Must have good organizational skills
- Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on the restaurant’s needs
- Must be able to use to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
- Must be a team player
- Will need to be certified on specific equipment such as a Band Saw, Buffalo Chopper, Meat Tenderizer, Mixer and Potato Peeler.
