The Solution Consultant at Lucas Systems plays an integral role on our team by working directly with customers to identify opportunities to optimize their workflow and better engage their employees resulting in higher productivity, accuracy and service levels.
Requirements
- Develops clear and differentiating value propositions by conducting an analysis of potential customer facilities and operations in support of the business development process.
- Works with potential customers to justify a project and helps develop a business case along with Return on Investment, and works with the customer’s sponsor through the internal project authorization processes.
- Defines key requirements of the solution and identifies scope of work.
- Develops operational process designs and workflows to address requirements.
- Supports functional development initiatives for the proposed solution.
- Continues to develop and share industry/domain expertise and business acumen.
