Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Manager, Service Supply Chain Operations Europe to lead and enhance the Aftersales product supply chain across Europe. The ideal candidate is operationally strong and strategic in mindset, with a passion for building robust, scalable processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements
- Master's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business (preferred)
- 7+ years in supply chain/logistics/spare parts operations; automotive/aftersales experience required
- Strong background in 3PL management, warehousing, planning, and SAP/WMS/tools
- Excellent communication skills; strong analytical capability and high attention to detail
- Ability to lead in fast-paced environments, with strong ownership and a continuous-improvement mindset
