Sr. BIW Maintenance Technician

Lucid is a luxury electric vehicle manufacturer that is leading the future in mobility. The company is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to work in the BIW team, responsible for maintaining process equipment and building utilities. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of PLCs, programming, and advanced troubleshooting for manufacturing equipment.

Requirements

• Operate and maintain various process equipment and building utilities across multiple shops.
• Mentor and guide maintenance team members on a daily basis.
• Maintain expertise in utilities and building systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Apply knowledge of electricity, pneumatics, and mechanical theories for effective troubleshooting and problem analysis.
• Understand cranes, hoists, and related support equipment operations.
• Manage chemical treatment programs and ensure proper documentation for all processes.
• Support other departments to meet production requirements and efficiency goals.
• Establish and adjust work schedules to align with production and repair needs.
• Enforce process compliance, safety regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives for equipment and operations.
