Accounts Receivable Analyst

Lucid Software is seeking a dynamic Accounts Receivable Analyst II to join their Accounting team. The role is responsible for collections, white-glove customer service, analytical reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections
• Account investigation and diagnosis
• Technical proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and billing/accounting systems
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collect cash and drive account resolution
