Lucid Software is seeking an Implementation Specialist to provide a highly-efficient onboarding experience for new customers, setting foundational success and priming for future growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer business objectives and industry best practices to effectively onboard customers at scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
• Proven ability to rapidly master complex software and become a subject matter expert on the Lucid suite of products and partner integrations
• Meticulous attention to detail with experience managing multiple projects, competing priorities, and project timelines
• Demonstrated consultative approach to communication
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
