Join LUCYD, a revolutionary advertising company, as a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist. Lead the strategy, design, and optimization of landing pages for paid social campaigns, evaluate and improve the full DTC funnel, and work closely with designers, developers, and growth strategists.
Requirements
- 3+ years in CRO or growth-focused web optimization
- Proficiency in wireframing tools and Shopify
- Experience with Unbounce, Leadpages, or similar page builders
- Comfortable with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools
- Native English speaking or English proficiency level of C1 (Advanced)
- Ability to work on Eastern Time (EST / EDT)
