Job Description
The Client Services Associate supports successful client implementations and ongoing account needs within Ludi’s healthcare technology platform. This role partners closely with the VP of Implementation and VP of Account Management to ensure accurate data loads, quality assurance, contract mapping, and client training support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 1–2 years of healthcare-related experience
- Working knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking
- Articulate and resourceful communicator
- Strong writing, project management, and time management skills
