Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Laser Department Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our laser cutting department.
Requirements
- Supervise and schedule laser department employees to meet production goals
- Program and set up laser cutting machines for efficient operation
- Monitor production rates and resolve process issues
- Ensure parts meet customer quality specifications
- Review and validate accurate production reporting in the ERP system
- Coordinate preventative maintenance and machine repairs
- Train employees on safety procedures and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
