Job Description
Quality Inspector job opening for a detail-oriented individual with experience in manufacturing, sheet metal, or welding. The role involves inspecting materials, in-process, and finished products, using precision tools, and maintaining quality records.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a quality inspection role within manufacturing (sheet metal, welding, or related environment)
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing prints
- Proficient in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
- Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards and Statistical Process Control (2-3 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Hands-on metal fabrication experience
