Requirements
- Six years of documented work in electrical industrial construction
- At least 4 years of prior supervisory experience
- Ability to lead teams on projects
- Completed three or more projects from start-up to completion as a Foreman or Supervisor
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of Supervisor duties, responsibilities and expectations
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, evaluate and develop foremen, journeymen and apprentices
- Demonstrated quality electrical installation and mechanical abilities
