Ludvik Electric Co. is seeking a Project Manager - Electrical Construction (Industrial) to manage and direct industrial projects from startup to completion. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in electrical construction project management and excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Prepares subcontracts, jobsite labor manual, shop drawings, and layout drawings, project budget and schedule of values, as-builts, and O&M manuals.
- Prepares, maintains, and enforces project schedule.
- Hires, transfers, and dismisses electricians as required to maintain continuity of the workforce.
- Prepares and enforces project strategy document.
- Prepares and negotiates purchase orders.
- Obtains all required permits.
- Prepares and submits monthly billings to client as scheduled.
- Distributes, maintains, and enforces current drawings, specifications, and product data.
- Ensures safety compliance with OSHA and Ludvik Electric Co. standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Proactively resolves disputes and manages project cash flow, budgets, and schedules.
- Possesses good working knowledge of codes that affect work β NEC, UBC, LSC, NFPA
- Proficiency in project management software.
