Job Description
Ludwig and Company is a highly respected Property management firm looking for an Assistant Property Manager for their 154 and 72 unit apartment complexes in Chicago, IL. The role is responsible for customer service, leasing, and community operations.
Requirements
- 1 year of customer service and / or sales experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 Year Apartment leasing required
- Strong filing, computer and organization skills
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, strong work ethic and pride in work product
