Job Description
Ludwig and Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to provide excellent customer service and coordinate apartment community operations for a 180 unit apartment complex in Chicago, IL. The role involves maintaining a positive living environment, maximizing occupancy, and establishing a positive working environment.
Requirements
- 1 year of customer service and / or sales experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 Year Apartment leasing required
- Strong filing, computer and organization skills
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, strong work ethic and pride in work product
- Valid Driver’s License
