Job Description
Ludwig and Company is seeking a Janitor for their 128 unit apartment community in Goshen, Indiana. The janitor will perform general cleaning, minor maintenance, and assist residents. They will report to the maintenance supervisor and follow operational schedules.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver License.
- Ability to lift & carry objects weighing from 25 to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in poor weather conditions.
- Excellent customer service and effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to shovel snow and do light weeding.
