Job Description
Ludwig and Company is seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and safety of their 102-unit apartment community in Aurora, IL. The role involves daily cleaning, minor repairs, and general upkeep of the property, with support from the Maintenance Supervisor. The position requires responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Requirements
- Clean and maintain common areas
- Perform light maintenance tasks
- Remove snow from building entrances
