Janitor

Abode Services is seeking a Janitor to maintain cleanliness of offices, residents' rooms, and community areas. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Janitorial or housekeeping experience in a commercial or residential setting
• Use of personal vehicle and proof of valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance
• Excellent verbal & written communication in English
• Organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with teams
• Ability to safely perform all essential job functions and required duties without harm to self or others
