Job Description
Ludwig and Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to fill a position at their 151 unit apartment community in South Bend, IN. The successful candidate will be responsible for routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders, as well as providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent
- Trade school certificate(s) in electrical, plumbing, maintenance
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repairs
- Excellent customer service and effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Driver License
