Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all property maintenance operations, ensuring the community is safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently. This role is hands-on and includes supervising maintenance staff, coordinating work orders, and managing preventative maintenance programs.
Requirements
- Lead, train, and support on-site maintenance team members
- Complete and assign work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance
- Ensure all building systems and equipment are functioning properly
- Maintain compliance with HUD/Section 8 requirements and property standards
- Oversee vendor scheduling, project timelines, and maintenance budgets
- Promote a safe working environment and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed
