Job Description
Ludwig and Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to fill a position at their 180 unit apartment community in Chicago, IL. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Trade school certificate(s) in electrical, plumbing, maintenance preferred
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repairs
- Excellent customer service and effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Valid Driver License
