Job Description
Ludwig and Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work at a 232-unit apartment community in Chicago Heights, IL. The role involves performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring a clean and safe community environment. Must be able to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and dry wall repairs.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Trade school certificate(s) in electrical, plumbing, maintenance preferred
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repairs
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, painting, carpentry, dry wall
- Valid Driver License
