Job Description
Ludwig and Company, an Illinois property management firm, is seeking a Maintenance Tech to maintain their 232-unit apartment community in Columbus, OH. The role involves completing routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensuring a clean and functional building environment. Candidates should be reliable, customer service-oriented, and possess strong communication and repair skills.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Trade school certificate(s) in electrical, plumbing, maintenance preferred.
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repairs.
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, painting, carpentry, dry wall.
- Excellent customer service and effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid Driver License.
- Ability to commute/plan to relocate before starting work (Columbus, OH).
