Job Description
Ludwig and Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders at one of their apartment communities in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, as well as excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent
- Trade school certificate(s) in electrical, plumbing, maintenance
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repairs
