As a Project Sales Manager, you will drive the commercial growth of Agidens in the Netherlands within the Automation & Digital business unit. You will build long-term customer relationships and sell total solutions. You will work closely with a team of technical experts and have a strong focus on detecting new projects and developing sustainable relationships within sectors such as Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, Energy and Fine Chemicals.
Requirements
- A completed HBO or WO degree in a technical direction, such as Electromechanics, Automation or Technical Business Management
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical-commercial role with long sales cycles
- A proven track record in solution selling or consultative sales of complex automation projects
- In-depth knowledge of automation technology (such as PLC, MES, and E&I) and insight into industrial processes
- Natural leadership, entrepreneurship, and a strong commercial drive
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated
