Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant at NOBIX Media, you are responsible for executing and further developing the recruitment process for clients, combining recruitment with recruitment marketing and ensuring that vacancies are effectively filled and campaigns perform optimally.

Requirements

• Conducting intake interviews with clients
• Setting up recruitment campaigns for various vacancies
• Proactively searching, approaching, and screening potential candidates via LinkedIn
• Guiding candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
• Managing vacancies and the ATS system
• Supporting new clients in talent acquisition
• Optimizing recruitment campaigns based on data and results
• Structuring and improving the recruitment process within NOBIX Media
• Identifying and responding to commercial opportunities at clients
