The Assistant Manager, Operations role is an essential part of the store leadership team and is responsible for making sure our retail business runs smoothly and successfully. Assistant Managers, Operations manage business enablers and ensure inventory, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities are maintained and maximized.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation.
- Work Schedule and Availability: Accepts a variable work schedule that may include morning, afternoon, evening, night, or all-night shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.
- 1 year of experience in company operations and administration, including experience in scheduling and managing labor hours, managing projects, or processes.
- High School Diploma, General Education Diploma, or equivalent Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
