Footwear Product Engineer

lululemon is seeking a Footwear Product Engineer to join their Store Support Centre in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The successful candidate will execute the product engineering strategy for footwear product creation, communicate cross-functionally, and ensure alignment with multiple product teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or directly related scientific discipline
• 5 years minimum footwear industry experience in Development, Pattern Engineering, Tooling Engineering, Footwear Engineering and/or Manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of footwear construction and manufacturing as well as the end-to-end product life cycle
• Solid knowledge of engineering fundamentals and ability to apply this knowledge to product development and challenging technical problems
• Excellent multi-tasking, organizational skills as well as verbal & written communication skills
• Thrives in a time-sensitive, demanding, and dynamic environment, and can self-start, organize, prioritize, multi-task, and balance competing priorities with a keen sense of urgency
