Foundational opportunity to build Luma's entire data science discipline from the ground up, defining data-driven culture and building source-of-truth systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data science
- Hands-on builder with experience creating and maintaining a modern data stack
- Proactive, first-principles thinker with experience defining and implementing core metrics and experimentation frameworks
- Deep understanding of product analytics, growth metrics, and A/B testing methodologies
- Exceptional communicator and natural collaborator
