Requirements
- Significant professional experience in a role like Creative Technologist, Technical Director, or a similar client-facing, senior creative position
- An outstanding and non-negotiable portfolio of shipped, high-craft creative work
- Deep expertise in creative production pipelines (VFX, animation, motion graphics, or production) and the ability to design and implement new workflows
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- A genuine passion for the creative potential of AI
