Job Description
As Luma’s Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll architect the strategy that fuels our next stage of expansion, defining our growth vision, building and managing a high-performing team and partners, and designing scalable systems that turn experimentation into repeatable success.
Requirements
- 7+ years of growth and/or marketing experience in product-led or community-driven companies
- Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes, especially revenue growth, through growth and marketing channels
- Hands-on experience with growth tools such as automation, SEO, analytics, and campaign management
- Analytical and data-driven mindset; you measure, test, learn, and repeat
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills to executive level partners
