Job Description
Luma Financial Technologies is seeking an experienced Product Manager to execute the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) across a dynamic capital-markets environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in structured products or alternative investments
- Experience working at a fintech platform, investment bank, asset manager, or similar capital-markets institution
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives while maintaining strong execution discipline
- Strong agility and adaptability with the ability to reprioritize quickly as situations evolve
- Skilled in PDLC execution with a proven track record of delivering complex software capabilities
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management
- Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience with Jira, Figma, and openness to adopting new AI-enabled productivity tools
- Experience working with issuers, advisors, or product-distribution partners
- Understanding of structured-product issuance systems, lifecycle processes, and compliance
- Background working in modular or multi-team product environments
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
