Sr. Customer Success Executive

Luma Health is seeking a Senior Customer Success Executive to manage a portfolio of strategic healthcare clients, build strong relationships, and drive customer adoption and growth. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant work experience in customer success or account management and excellent project management and communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in customer success or account management
• Excellent project management skills and ability to collaborate across multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven success in building trust and driving results for a broad range of stakeholders: senior executives, IT, and day-to-day users of the software
