Job Description
Lumafield is looking for a Customer Success Manager to partner with customers, champion their needs, and manage accounts to achieve business outcomes and revenue growth. The CSM will own the customer lifecycle, lead business reviews, and develop strategic account growth plans.
Requirements
- Engineering B.S. degree or equivalent technical experience
- 8+ years of working experience in technical engineering or manufacturing, and client facing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Commercial business exposure and interest
- Ability to independently create and deliver executive level presentations
