Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the A&D, art, furniture, or hospitality industry
- Strong interest in building a career in B2B sales and passion for art and design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and agents
- Proactive, self-motivated mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Business fluent in English; German skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20-30%) to meet clients and attend industry events
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with basic analytical skills to track sales performance
