We're looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our efforts to attract and hire exceptional talent into the Mammoth Brands ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record of hiring and developing great talent, and a passion for candidate experience, inclusion, and building diverse teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working on Talent Acquisition, with at least some of that in high-growth environments
- Demonstrated expertise hiring and developing great talent and coaching people to realize their potential
- Experience managing, designing, and leading critical processes and familiarity with managing internal and external stakeholders
- Strong operator who can balance short-term needs with long-term strategy
- Skilled program builder - you’ve designed and implemented initiatives that improved results
- Data-driven decision maker who uses metrics to track progress and optimize processes
- Passionate about candidate experience, inclusion, and building diverse teams
- Comfortable coaching executives and managers, influencing decisions, and driving consistency at scale; Strong relationship builder with credibility and presence at the executive level
