Lume and Mando are looking for a Manager to support the Category Analytics & Strategy function for their Harry's, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando brands. The role involves understanding key business drivers, leading reporting, and informing brand strategy. The team is based in New York and works cross-functionally to understand performance and serve customers.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years in an analytical, data-driven role (2+ years management consulting or investment banking experience preferred)
- Experience with advanced modeling and the ability to create impactful presentations (CPG industry experience preferred, Syndicated or Retailer Loyalty Data is a plus)
- Self-starter, confident, ability to manage projects independently once onboarded
- Demonstrated success collaborating and driving cross-functional consensus
- Comfortable and effective when presenting to senior leadership and partners
- Passion for working in an entrepreneurial environment with a positive attitude
