Data Governance Officer

Lumen is looking for a Data Governance Officer to establish and operate the company's enterprise data governance foundation. The role will define clear roles, accountability, standards, and decision-making mechanisms for data across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Establish and operationalize formal enterprise data governance
• Run the Enterprise Data Council (EDC)
• Define and enforce a federated data stewardship model
• Establish and manage master data domains
• Publish and maintain enterprise data quality and governance scorecards
• Define and enforce enterprise data standards
• Manage and mature data governance tooling and processes
• Ensure governance supports AI governance requirements
