Equipment Maintenance Engineer

Lumentum is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance engineering for manufacturing equipment to ensure high machine uptime, reliability, and production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and minimum 2-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, manufacturing engineering, or automation support in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, manufacturing engineering, or automation support in manufacturing environment.
• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, optical, or high-tech manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems, troubleshooting techniques, PLC, automation systems, sensors, pneumatic systems, and mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
• Familiar with statistical analysis tools, continuous improvement methodologies, and manufacturing systems.
• Self-motivated, proactive, task-driven, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills in both English and Thai.
• Flexibility in work hours to support production requirements and global collaboration when needed.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
